Last updated: . This Return Policy applies to digital detox programs purchased from Freshwhshoulderi through freshwhshoulderi.world or authorized enrollment channels. Please read carefully before purchasing Weekend Unplug Starter, 14-Day Screen Harmony, or 30-Day Deep Reset.
1. Nature of Digital Products
Our programs include downloadable workbooks, live or recorded sessions, coaching access, and online tools. Because delivery begins upon enrollment confirmation, traditional physical return shipping does not apply. This policy explains cancellation, rescheduling, and refund conditions instead.
2. Cooling-Off Period
If you enroll online and your cohort has not yet started, you may cancel within seventy-two hours of payment for a full refund. Email or call us with your order reference. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten business days.
3. Cancellations Before Start Date
Cancellations received more than seven days before your scheduled start date receive a refund minus a fifteen dollar administrative fee. Cancellations between seven days and forty-eight hours before start receive a fifty percent credit toward a future program within twelve months. Cancellations within forty-eight hours of start are non-refundable unless we can fill your seat.
4. After Program Start
Once your digital detox program begins and materials are released, fees are generally non-refundable because coaching time and resources are allocated. If technical failure on our side prevents access for more than forty-eight consecutive hours, we will extend your access or offer a pro-rata credit at our discretion.
5. Program-Specific Terms
- Weekend Unplug Starter ($129): no refund after the Friday prep session materials are sent. Rescheduling to another weekend is allowed once with seven days notice.
- 14-Day Screen Harmony ($279): partial credit of forty percent if you withdraw before day four and have attended no more than one live session.
- 30-Day Deep Reset ($449): withdrawal before day seven may qualify for a thirty percent credit; private coaching sessions already delivered are non-creditable.
6. Rescheduling
You may transfer to a later cohort once per enrollment without fee if we receive notice at least five business days before your original start date. Second transfers incur a twenty-five dollar processing charge. Failure to attend without notice does not entitle you to reschedule.
7. Dissatisfaction and Support
We want you to benefit from structured unplugging. If you are unhappy during the first week, contact your coach or reach-us.html so we can adjust your plan. Good-faith support is provided before refund exceptions are considered.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension from future Freshwhshoulderi programs while the matter is investigated.
9. Bundles and Promotions
Discounted bundles or promotional codes carry the same cancellation windows unless stated otherwise in writing. Promotional value is forfeited on partial refunds calculated under standard rules.
